Celine Dion, A Superstar at age 15?

Yes she was! By the age of 15 Celine Dion was already a superstar in her home province of Quebec, Canada and in various parts of Europe. She was on the cusp of expanding that status globally and would go to become the the best-selling Canadian artist of all time with record sales of more than 200 million copies worldwide.
