Official Music Video: Heart “These Dreams”, 1986

The Wilson sisters, Ann and Nancy, are Americans who migrated to Canada in the early 1970’s and joined the band ‘White Heart’. It wasn’t long before the name was changed to just ‘Heart’ and the two extremely talented performers found themselves the mainstays of the band, breaking onto the charts in 1976 with two hit singles “Crazy on You” and “Magic Man”.

Back in 1986 Heart had a huge #1 hit internationally with the song “These Dreams”. A music video of the song was aired on MTV and received heavy airplay on the channel. Here is that video complete with all the 1980s accoutrements including big hair and shoulder pads. It is also one of the rare times that Nancy Wilson sings lead, a role usually handled by Ann.
