The Guess Who perform ‘Laughing’ on Canadian TV, 1969

The Wayne & Shuster Show was one of the most popular comedy/variety shows on the CBC Television Network. The very funny duo (Johnny Wayne and Frank Shuster) showcased some of the biggest national and international talents around.

In 1969 Winnipeg’s The Guess Who hit #1 on the Canadian Singles Charts and #10 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart with their hit song ‘Laughing’ Naturally they were invited to perform the tune on Wayne & Shuster’s show.
