From 1964-68 CBC TV Vancouver aired Let’s Go, a showed aimed at teens featuring music and interviews with the musicians. But a 1968 episode dealt with an entire counter-culture.
This rare video of that episode deals with the psychedelic hippie culture and features interviews with notable celebrities such as Richard Pryor, Little Richard, Timothy Leary - and even Pat Boone! The discussion centres around drugs and various views on why the so-called hippies use these mind-expansion psychedelico.
